My workout exercise examples....

Please don't try any of these exercises without knowledge of how they are done. This post is an example of what I am doing and should not to be used as a guide on how to exercise...... hopefully you are entertained (at the very least), and if it motivates you to continue toward your fitness goal.....fantastic!

What I like to call the Alligator Push up.... 1/2 half of the exercise...I alternate left, right..thus using a 4 count.

Starting position.....

........... 1/2 completed


I like using a 4 count with this exercise.... 1-2-3--1, 1-2-3--2 and so on for 5 (total) 4-count reps.

An ab exercise for those who love abs..... or just want to see me on my back (I'll leave that one alone).
What I call the Beetle Crunch (sounds better than the Bug Crunch or the Dying Cockroach)
I described this one in the previous post, probably didn't make sense then...hope it does now.








Finally, we have the Squat Chop....... 1 set consists of 15reps left and 15 reps right side....pics from 1 right side rep.

From starting (up) position to bottom of squat position with a chopping motion across the body... This works the delts, quads, glutes, abs, and after 15 reps per side you really feel like you got it done!

Hey, from what I remember, you're not suppossed to be doing anything, but laying on your back, you know, dieing!!! Good to see these excersises and not to worry, I probably won't be doing those anytime soon. I'm off to Cali tomorrow and finally out of the Sandbox! I'll try to keep in touch. That must be the Lying Cockaroach, we used to call the "Sun fish" where we lay on the ground and look a the sky, just before having to do a million and one pushups! Oh, the good ol' days!

I too have been doing Alligator push ups for a month or so I heard it from my friend. Its good to see people working hard to be fit.

Best way to lose weight, get in shape and have fun at the same time is to get an oversize trampoline for your backyard. Obesity has been the biggest concern for Americans. Your crazy and
brilliants exercise
are great and its really best way to lose weight and to get shape. You can do these exercises simply with health and fitness products and it builds you very healthy and fit.

Exercise is always hard at the beginning but take in mind that as time goes by, your body will make use of it. Enjoy it. ;)

I love to practice exercise, i think this activity is the best option to keep our total welfare and it is very fun. When we exercise frequently we can notice a change not only in our shape but in our mood too. Actually we can improve our sexual performance. When some cases when the erectil dysfunction present like a problem to buy viagra is a great alternative, how ever you must to combine it with exercises and a good feed.
