Looks like I had an off day!

Nope, didn't do my cardio, and meals were a little screwy. Had some guests over, and indulged in some home made tortellini's in a cream sauce, as well as cheese and lots of bread. Will have to hit the cardio tomorrow!

Actualy, I'm doing a 6 on/1 off, with 4 weight days and 2 cardio days. Mon and Thru, I work upper body while Tues and Thur is lower. Each work out is different from the other. The cardio consists of 2 interval Cardio days.
I think everyone will be amazed at my next set of pics! I was down to 189lbs, but currently at 193lbs. Soon to be 195 (this week)! All should be muscle, although I can't be sure until I get measured again (darn wacky thyroid keeps me guessing!).
